Two new Minnows join the shoal — Dickon Langdon and Brad Fitchew

We’re very pleased to welcome Brad Fitchew and Dickon Langdon to the Minnow team.

Brad is a digital marketing veteran with a sharp eye for strategy and a practical, no-fuss approach to getting results. He’s worked with SMEs and scaling businesses across CRM, automation, paid media, SEO and analytics — and the best part is he's one of those marketeers that actually focuses on the important stuff, you know, like sales, and not just vanity stats.

Dickon brings decades of experience in creative strategy, brand storytelling and leadership, with a client list that includes Lloyds Bank, bp, BMW, and The Children’s Society. He’s helped shape everything from big campaign ideas to full digital experiences and has a rare knack for making complex things feel clear and purposeful. A lot of brand storytelling work feels inaccessible to SMEs because it can feel superfluous, indulgent, and dare I say it, a shade wanky — but he manages to make it feel practical and actionable.

The whole Minnow team is pumped that they've decided to help us grow the consultancy side of Minnow — working with purposeful teams and businesses to ask better questions, shape smarter strategies, and ship activations that actually make a difference.
