We recently decided to have a little bit of fun with the website after going through the traditional cycles of updating content endlessly, a lot of which would probably never have been seen by anybody. We decided to play around with an AI chatbot tool similar to many that we've been experimenting with recently, where it would be possible, rather than having visitors to the website have to sift through the navigation and find the bits that they want from a huge spread of information. They could simply ask the website what it is they wanted to know about us.
We're walking the walk
AI has many advantages, and we've been using it more and more in the work that we do for our clients. One of the best use cases we've seen so far is simply natural language interfaces replacing traditional navigation methods. We decided, what the heck, we should practise what we preach and landed on the Minnow Bot, trained on data that we've written and produced and catalogued over recent years.
